Bookings:   Once we have confirmed availability we will send you a booking questionnaire to your home.

You will need to complete these forms and return the originals to us prior to your event.

We can not start your event without the proper paperwork on file and your party may be delayed.


Deposits & Payments:  A $100.00 dollar deposit is required at booking in order to secure your date and time. (Available is set on a first pay basis) The deposit must be paid by Debit, Visa, Discover or Master Card.


Remaining Balance:  The remaining balance is due upon arrival at your event. Services will not be rendered without payment in full.

 * *    If paying by cash please make sure to have the correct amount available as our drivers do not carry cash.     * *

* *    If paying the remaining balance by credit card  you will have to contact our office 3 (three) days prior to your party and a $10.00 transaction fee will apply. If your party is less than 3 (three) days away a $25.00 fee will apply in addition to your remaining balance.    * *


Payments:            SORRY NO PERSONAL CHECK ACCEPTED

 Cash, Debit, Visa, Discover, (or) Master Card

A receipt is available upon verbal request to our office prior to your party.

  

Refund:   All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is canceled at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the event, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

NON-REFUNDABLE deposits can be re-applied up to one year less the $35.00  re-scheduling fee.
After 1 year the deposit is forfeit.


Travel: Each package is priced with in a 20 mile radius from our office location which is based off the intersection

of Falconridge and Pinecrest Road, additional mileage fee of $1.00 per mile will apply if out side our base radius.

 

Weather:  

Performers are unable to perform outdoors during wet weather condition and extreme heat over 85 degrees. In the event of snow, ice, rain, or severe heat your party may be canceled unless proper shelter (tent, pavilion, ect.) is pre-approved by our office prior to your event.

In the event that the performance must be cancelled the event host can either

re-apply their deposit with out a re-scheduling fee up to 1 year   (or)   request a refund less the $50.00 cancellation fee.


 Start Times:  We will arrive a few minutes early in order to complete the paper work with you. Your character

will start promptly at the schedule time.

 

 End Times:   The character will end its performance promptly at the scheduled time.

For every 0-15 minutes past your package time there is a charge of $25.00

 

Performances:    Please note you are responsible for any damage caused to the costume/character during your event time and, the Cleaning/Repair fee is a minimum of $75.00 to total replacement value of $2,500.00.

 

As a courteous to all our customers the character can NOT perform directly around animals or smoke of any kind as some people may have allergies to such.

 

The character can perform on a solid surface such as a deck, patio, (or) concrete.

 

The character can also perform on a lawn as long as the area is NOT wet or does NOT have freshly cut grass as this may cause damage to the costume/character.

 

Also please be aware that children should have clean hands and no food or drinks will be permitted around the characters.
