How far in
advance do I need to book a costume character?
We book
a month or two in advance so we recommend you
book as soon as you know the date & time of your party so you are
guaranteed the costumed character and time of your choice.
What if I need a party for the following
weekend? We do have some openings where we can squeeze
your event in however it is a case by case basis and we recommend you call our
office no less than 3 business days prior to your event.
Is there a deposit to reserve
a character? There
is a $100.00 deposit which is paid by Debit, Visa, Discover, or Master card.
When do I pay for the
character? The remaining
balance (after your $100.00 deposit) is due upon arrival (please read our
payment & policy section)
Do I need to tip the Characters? Tipping is not required but is always nice and
appreciated.
Is there a mileage fee? There maybe a small mileage fee
depending on the location. We work with in a 20 mile radius. The mileage
fee is applied for any event located outside of 20 mile radius.
Are these the official
characters my kids see on television? We are impersonators just as you
would book an Elvis impersonator. If you are looking for an official character
your children see on television then you must contact the parent company of
that character.
Do you rent out
your costumes? In order
to keep our costumes in top shape we can not rent out our costumes.
